Duties/Requirements:
Serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain detailed records, and prioritize workload efficiently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with residents, employees, vendors and prospective tenants
Able to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively and find solutions to issues that arise.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Expected hours approx. 15 hours weekly.
