We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage our in-house leasing and management operation. The role involves leasing apartments to potential residents, processing lease and voucher applications, attending Section 8 inspections and general management of maintenance personnel. Familiarity with maintenance problems, solutions, parts, etc. desirable.
Responsibilities:
Respond to inquires on apartment rentals in a professional manner.
Process lease, lease renewals, Section 8 voucher applications and renewals promptly and accurately
Ensure that apartments are completed to Section 8 and brand standards
Attend Section 8 move-in inspections
Schedule and attend showings with potential residents
Set up move-out inspections
Collect rent, deposit and keep records on banking
Keep computer records on all aspects of operation and update as necessary
Treat all customers in a courteous and professional manner
Requirements:
High attention to detail
Must be physically able to walk and stand for extended periods
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must have a smartphone to take photos and communicate with potential residents
A valid driver's license
Reliable transportation via a motor vehicle with valid insurance
