Office Sales Associate (Westland)
Compensation: $11-13, Based on Experience
Employment Type: Full-Time
Technical Hot and Cold in Westland has an opening for a part-time Office Sales Associate. We are a well-established HVAC company proudly providing our customers with quality HVAC services and heating and cooling parts online. We are looking for a hard-working individual that possesses strong people skills, a great work ethic, and a willingness to learn new skills.
Duties will include:
Assisting HVAC Technicians in the procurement of HVAC related parts.
Taking customer calls for parts orders.
Up-Selling/Cross-Selling of HVAC related parts.
Invoicing new parts orders.
Procurement of parts through suppliers.
Process UPS, FedEx, and outgoing Freight
Safely packaging outgoing orders.
Data entry and organization in inventory system.
Assist in the parts warehouse.
Drive company vehicle to pick up and deliver parts and equipment as needed.
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:
Ability to Multitask
Being Well Organized is a Must.
Great phone and people skills.
Ability to Lift & Move items in excess of 50 lbs.
Ability to use a computer and Microsoft Office programs.
Clean driving record.
Pass a drug-screen test.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Mechanical ability and great problems solving skills a plus.
Forklift experience a plus.
Photoshop Experience is a plus, Will Train.
