The Parts Counter Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales by assisting customers with their automotive part needs. Must have experience in auto parts its very easy work for people has worked in collision shop or auto repair shop
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers who visit the Parts Counter, providing them with excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries they may have
- Listen to customers' needs and recommend appropriate parts or products to meet their requirements
- Process orders for parts and products, utilizing the company computer system and following proper procedures
- Keep track of invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Maintain a clean and organized Parts Counter area
-Communicate effectively with other departments, such as picker warehouse to ensure timely and efficient completion of customer orders
- Meet and exceed sales goals and quotas set by management
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines in the workplace
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Auto industry and/or parts sales preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in computer and internet usage
