Description:
The Maintenance/Facilities Manager coordinates the installation, maintenance, & repairs of all machinery & equipment within the facility(including maintenance or repairs of the building or property). This position is responsible for managing the full team of Maintenance personnel in a safe, effective & efficient manner in compliance with company policies, procedures & all legislative requirements.

Qualifications:
Ability to work onsite daily in the local Flex-N-Gate facility (52674 Shelby Pkwy, Shelby Charter Township, MI 48315)
5+ yrs. of Industrial Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Management Experience
Maintenance/Facility Supervisory experience within Automotive Manufacturing/Assembly strongly preferred
Previous Supervisory experience in a Union Facility strongly preferred
Preventive Maintenance Software experience (preferably Maximo)
Ability to work off-shift hours as necessary
Knowledge of local, provincial, & federal workplace compliance regulations, ordinances & legislation
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft computer software (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook email, etc.)
