Pollard Heating and Cooling, a Dearborn heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) contractor, seeks an insured HVAC contractor to install two to three furnaces a week for our company.
Our company will supply all permits, equipment and material necessary for the installations. Sub-contractor to provide labor, complete an installation form, invoice after each installation, as well as provide installation photographs that are necessary for our customers.
Your mechanical knowledge and business credentials are important to us. Looking for a sub-contractor that is familiar with installing mechanical equipment to the current mechanical and electrical code, so that mechanical and electrical violations will be minimal. The sub-contractor that we hire will be required to name our company as certificate holder on their insurance policies, showing coverage for Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, Workers Compensation and Employers' Liability Insurance.
Sub-contractor will need:
Reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, health and background check.
To have your own tools.
To communicate with our office and customers.
To have no problem with heights, using a ladder, being on a roof, as chimney liner installation will be necessary.
