We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician and Lead Installers with strong communication skills to serve our clients. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of progressive field experience in the HVAC Industry, must be able to work in a team environment and to perform various duties including trouble shooting, maintenance, diagnostics, repair and installation of air conditioning, duct work and various furnaces/boilers
Duties
Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions tailored to customer specifications.
Provide field service support by responding to service calls in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment repairs and maintenance schedules.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.
Requirements
Valid Driver's License
Obtain and maintain required certifications
Have EPA Certification
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the HVAC/R industry.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
Familiarity with air conditioning systems, boilers, and other HVAC components.
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC design.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Certification or licensing as required by local regulations is a plus.
