Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with at least 5 years of service experience. This role is ideal for a highly motivated self-starter who enjoys working independently and is looking to grow within a dynamic and expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings
Respond to service calls and perform scheduled maintenance with minimal supervision
Clearly communicate issues, solutions, and recommendations to customers
Accurately document services performed and materials used
Maintain and manage assigned service vehicle, tools, and inventory
Adhere to safety guidelines and local codes
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience
EPA Certification required
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, ductless systems, etc.)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible workload
Excellent communication, diagnostic, and customer service skills
