A national auto parts delivery company is looking for a Key account Manager to support our clients in the Detroit/ Grand Rapids area.
You will be the face of the company and serve as the liaison between the company and the client.
Primary responsibilities include but not are limited to:
- Coordinating a pool of independent contractor drivers to support parts delivery.
- Recruit and mentor new drivers to meet the growing needs of the clients.
- Maintain contact with client on regular basis.
- Daily record keeping.
- Submit schedules drivers worked for payroll processing.
- Travel and assist of implementation of new accounts outside of the Detroit/ Grand Rapids area, if and when needed.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualities:
-Excellent customer services skills with a can-do attitude, “never say no to the customer!”
Microsoft excel, outlook, Word proficiency a plus.
