Fri - 10:00 - 18:00
Sat - 08:00 - 20:00
Sun - 08:00-20:00
Mon - 10:00-18:00
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Ability to handle request by phone and email from customers and carriers to add, delete or modify routes.
Communicate with drivers and provide instructions to ensure on time shipments.
Monitor and adjust driver schedules to cover required transportation commitments.
Responsible for transportation management software data updates.
Fulfill requests by researching, locating and providing information.
Track and trace shipments as required and take proactive action to notify customers of any non-standard situations
Requirements:
Must have a professional and positive attitude
Proficient with a computer and Microsoft Office
Independent and driven
Multi-tasking and strong organizational skills
Quick and eager to learn
The ability to work well within a team environment or independently
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Industry experience is preferred
