As a sales account manager for Electrified Motion,  you are responsible for a diverse group of customers with a worldwide footprint. The customers include OEMs and Tier 1s. This position will require some travel both domestic and international to meet with customers. In this role, you will drive success by executing commercial excellence on customer accounts. This role combines account management, pricing strategy, commercial recovery and cross-functional coordination to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle. You will be responsible for customer change requests, internal stakeholder management (i.e. coordination with project management, engineering, and product management for launch and change execution), and commercial excellence (i.e. profit and loss tracking, volume risk balancing, tariffs, RMI, special revenue recovery, customer negotiations).
