Support Customer Success and Systems Engineering teams in ensuring seamless customer experiences and effective system operations for the RideCare product line. This role focuses on monitoring field data, providing actionable insights, and supporting customer onboarding processes and operational improvements. It is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction and data-driven decisions are at the forefront.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze field and customer data to provide insights, trends, and recommendations to the team. Collaborate with the Customer Success, and Field Operations team(s) to help onboard new customers and provide support during early adoption phases.Support the Systems Engineering team with system evaluations and performance tracking of devices in the fieldCreate and maintain dashboards, reports, and summaries to present data-driven insights to internal stakeholders.Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for system and operational improvements.Assist in defining and tracking system-level KPIs and metrics for customer satisfaction and system performance.Document processes, workflows, and best practices on internal wikis to improve organizational knowledge sharing.
