This 24-month entry-level rotational program is designed to provide you with professional and leadership opportunities throughout the Sales and Marketing Team in PS. The Rotational Development Program consists of four rotations that are customized for you. You will gain extensive experience of working with varied work teams and environments. In addition, you will be assigned an executive mentor to provide professional coaching and career guidance, and a peer mentor to help you navigate through the program. Also, you will have the opportunity to participate in structured networking events and targeted training to gain leadership exposure.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications (Must Haves):

Bachelor's Degree received within the last 2 years in Business with a concentration in Marketing.

Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA

Minimum of one completed internship, co-op, or six months full-time relevant work experience related to your field of study.

Excellent verbal and written communication skill

Geographically mobile: Candidate must be willing and able to relocate multiple times within the U.S

Must be authorized to work in the United States – Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization is unavailable under this program.

Highly Preferred Skills and Abilities:

Support the Sales and Marketing Team in order processing, tracking, and reporting.

Maintain close communication with the Bosch manufacturing plant, logistics, and accounting associates to ensure timely and accurate order placement, delivery, and payment.

Manage large databases and keep current records of sample inventory and customer training certifications (SAP preferred, any Database management and/or CRM tool helpful)

Process customer orders, credit notes, invoices, ensure timely delivery, and track payments.

Support in creating accurate short and long term forecasts and other sporadic reports.

Support in event management administrative tasks (e.g., evaluating and securing venues for national training tour, negotiating contracts with external vendors, making payments)
