They will oversee trades workers performing repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, millwright tasks, painting, and electrical work. Responsibilities include managing repairs, scheduling, and ordering supplies. A strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility-based maintenance is essential.Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a team of trades workers in a unionized environment.
Coordinate and supervise repairs on HVAC, plumbing, millwright, painting, and electrical systems.
Manage scheduling and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Order necessary supplies and manage inventory for maintenance operations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Essential Skills
Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
Experience in facility maintenance and management.
Strong leadership, management, and supervision skills.
Ability to manage preventive maintenance programs.
Familiarity with safety standards and building maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in carpentry and drywall.
Knowledge of painting and millwright tasks.
Construction knowledge and experience.
