$20,000+ in annual bonuses!

Salary range: $55,000-65,000 based on experience.

Restaurant General Managers (RGM) are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and developing a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a great experience. Key responsibilities include finding, hiring, and developing Team Members and Shift Managers, training new employees, and fostering a positive environment. You will also be responsible for coaching, food safety management, store cleanliness, store metrics and the overall operations of the restaurant.You are applying for work with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. We offer a collaborative team environment, competitive salaries and benefit program, performance bonus incentives, and support for training and career development.  Responsibilities: Project management and engineering of municipal projects, specifically the design and construction of water main, sanitary and storm sewers, and roads and sidewalks, as well as the oversight of numerous related studies including water reliability studies, feasibility studies, and the development of capital improvement plans Manage preliminary and final design and construction phase services for municipal projects Perform technical analysis and documentation Determine and monitor project scope, budget, and schedule Develop and maintain client relationships Supervise and develop project team members, including goal setting, problem solving, coaching, and career guidance Manage and coordinate pursuits with Business Development team Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and MI PE registration 10+ years of related experience is desired Experience with MDOT LAP preliminary and construction engineering is a plus Experience with the study, planning, design and project management of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure, transportation projects, including funding agency coordination and project permitting Municipal project construction administration and field review experience. Construction management experience also desirable.
