The MaRC Accounts Administrator is responsible for providing support to Manager of Monitoring and Response Center (MaRC). The Accounts Administrator has an elevated level of interaction across the organization and must demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally and with confidential information. The primary function of this role is to provide executive-level customer satisfaction. Coordinate all services calls and emails from the clients regarding escalated situations involving the Allied Universal Monitoring and Response Center (MaRC)

Provide a comprehensive security assessment when deemed necessary to enhance or modify any security protocols or camera analytics

Interact with customers directly, ensuring security expectations are met daily/weekly

Camera analytics and protocol setup for video and intrusion accounts

Forensic retrieval of video and audio recording request sent to the AUS MaRC

Account data entry, client-focused, ensuring data is being entered and maintained accurately

Issue and manage service tickets and work orders

Implement problem-resolution with customers while coordinating and monitoring progress

Work closely with multiple departments, such as service, data entry, and monitoring center

Provide off-site support and troubleshooting of CCTV security systems, as needed

Investigate and professionally resolve inquiries and complaints that require administrative level intervention

Assist with other special projects as requested by Manager and/or Senior Supervisor

Assist with new site development, involving forms, maps, virtual patrol routes, contact information, and vulnerabilities

Complete detailed Executive Investigative Summary Reports

Maintain strong working knowledge of current company policies and procedures, recommend improvements as needed

Compile and review daily/weekly reports to guarantee standards for quality and productivity are maintained

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)

Previous experience troubleshooting or controlling CCTV security systems and alarms

Outstanding oral and written communication skills required, along with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization while functioning as a collaborator

Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology including VPN, mail merges, and internet applications.

Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully prioritizing multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines

Proven ability to maintain correspondence, discussions, and materials in strictest confidence

Ability to grow positive relationships with clients and colleagues at all organizational levels

Must have access to reliable transportation to get to work

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of two (2) years of related experience previously serving in an administrative/support capacity
