Job SummaryThis is a full time, on-site Summer 2025 internship with our Technical Field Services team. Communicates and works together with customers to configure, install, preventatively maintain, improve, and troubleshoot client technologies, medical equipment, their systems, and integrations that optimize the end user experience. As the point of contact for problem coordination and resolution, demonstrates customer service skills, empathy, and urgency. Serves as resource on technology projects and initiatives. Documents problems and resolutions and escalates appropriately, when necessary. May perform end-user training. Participates in the testing and evaluation of new client technology solutions and medical equipment as well as implementing prototypes. Competent to work on most types of client technologies and medical equipment within a diverse customer portfolio, but at times requires guidance from others.Essential Functions
Maintains accountability for completing support tasks as directed.
Maintains clear and appropriate documentation of actions taken.
May analyzes department processes and other Corewell Health systems encountered and makes recommendations improvements, as appropriate. Participates in quality monitoring activities/process improvement activities.
Communicates, collaborates, and acts as a team player with others to ensure continuity and coordination of services.

QualificationsRequired
High School Diploma or equivalent
Currently enrolled in a university pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in area of accountability. May also be a recent graduate from an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program.
