We are looking for quality people. We are dedicated and passionate about food. Estamos buscando Cocineros de Línea para unirse a nuestro equipo. El Cocinero de Línea será responsable de preparar y cocinar una variedad de platillos según las recetas y estándares del restaurante. El candidato ideal necesita tener experiencia, trabajando en un entorno de cocina con ritmo rápido y trabajar bien bajo presión. El proceso de aplicacion sera simple y sencillo. Estamos buscando 6 cocineros.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in meal preparation and cooking in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus and create new dishes
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Familiarity with menu planning and recipe execution
- Understanding of food safety principles and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
