What We Need You to Do
Lead all digital marketing strategy and execution across paid, organic, content, email, and emerging channels.
Launch and optimize campaigns that introduce Everfriends to new audiences and drive meaningful engagement.
Place and distribute digital marketing content across channels where our users spend their time — ensuring consistency, relevance, and emotional impact.
Develop performance dashboards and run deep analysis to understand what drives acquisition, retention, and conversion.
Experiment constantly — using A/B testing, funnel optimization, sequencing, and creative iteration to achieve breakthrough results.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Creative, and Customer Care to ensure unified messaging and user experience.
Own AI, SEO, SEM, paid social, landing page performance, and lifecycle marketing strategy.
Bring ideas to life with a balance of creativity, technical fluency, and data-backed decision-making.

What You Bring to the Table
Deep understanding of all major digital marketing concepts, channels, and performance levers.
Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns, organic content strategies, and digital growth funnels.
Strong analytical mindset — you’re comfortable with dashboards, attribution, CAC/LTV modeling, and actionable insights.
Ability to create and place content strategically across platforms to amplify reach and engagement.
Passion for testing, iteration, and improvement — you rely on data to guide every decision.
A storytelling instinct that aligns with EverFriends’ vision of compassionate, emotionally intelligent AI.
Leadership skills that balance strategic vision with willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute.
Compensation Range, DOE, $125,000 - $150,000
