We are currently looking for people to join our current crew. We have great relationships with several sales based contractors in west Michigan and stay busy year around no problems. We pay great and have a relaxed and motivated work environment. This is a perfect opportunity for a newer roofer to improve their skill set and get into a very stable roofing career with a legitimate roofing contractor.
Also seeking experience shinglers Will to pay 1099, w2, hourly or per sq/job.
Requirements:
Driver license/car or transportation to and from job sites no if's.and's,or buts.

Pay will range based on skill set, accountability and work ethic. If you excel we will only encourage you to grow with and will offer benefits and pay accordingly. seeking professional, mature, ready workers only.
CREWS must be able to provide insurance, and address of last 5 jobs completed. must be able to manage your crew and be able to complete roofs in a timely manner to the highest level of standards. I will work with you for the first 2 or 3 jobs to make sure you are a good fit for us. Fast shinglers don't impress us, we want quality roofers.
