Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This role is within the healthcare and social assistance industry, where you'll be tasked with providing end-user support and technical assistance to customers. You will be responsible for tackling a range of tasks, from processing customer applications to maintaining customer records and resolving inquiries. Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance to customers experiencing issues with software, hardware, or other computer systems. Conduct diagnostic tests to troubleshoot and resolve problems. Respond to customer inquiries and tickets while ensuring full resolution of issues. Assist with the onboarding of new users, providing them with necessary training and guidance. Install or change software to update hardware or resolve issues. Write, edit, and revise training manuals for new and updated software and hardware. Maintain user PCs and computer network systems, implementing upgrades and configurations as needed. Analyze common complaints and problems to improve customer experience. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account activity. Train other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems. Requirements Must possess experience in Android Development Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is required Demonstrated proficiency in Citrix Technologies is a must Effective understanding and use of Database systems Working knowledge of EO/IR systems is necessary Command over Active Directory is essential Ability to work with Apple Devices Proficiency in Computer Hardware is needed Experience in Configuration Management is required Demonstrated capability in Deployments is necessary Experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry is preferred Must be able to provide support to users in a professional and courteous manner Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team Must maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks Must be willing to participate in continuous learning and training opportunities Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
