Looking for a young, intelligent candidate to come to work for a licensed builder; sole-proprietor. I recently moved to the area and am still opening up the market, so it’ll be part/full time, depending on my current jobs. Weekends are rare. I do a wide array of quality alteration work, so someone who has a good sense of taking care in what they do, but isn’t afraid of lifting and working is ideal. Pay will increase as perceived and practical value increases.
