To succeed in this role, you should have:
Strong carpentry skills and experience with proficiency in various aspects of carpentry, including framing, finishing, and installations
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
With a steady flow of projects throughout the year, you can count on consistent work. Most of our projects are located in the Richland/Kalamazoo area. Our work week is Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with occasional Fridays depending on workload/schedule. Yes, you read that right – a four-day work week!
