Description:We are seeking a Cloud Data Architect to design, implement, and oversee our cloud data infrastructure with a strategic focus on data management and utilization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS data tools and architecture design, with the ability to align data solutions with the organization’s long-term goals. This role requires a technical expert with a strategic mindset to envision and guide the organization’s data strategy, ensuring a robust, scalable, and efficient data environment that supports business needs.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Data Architecture Design and Implementation: Develop and implement cloud-based data architecture that supports scalable, high-performance data processing and storage.

Data Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to define and execute a data strategy that supports current and future business needs.

AWS Data Tools Management: Utilize AWS data services to create and manage a cohesive data environment.

Data Governance and Compliance Adherence: Ensure all data practices align with established data governance and compliance standards.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Engage with data engineers, analysts, and business units to understand requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 7+ years in data architecture or cloud architecture roles.

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Hands-on experience with infrastructure provisioning and coding in Python.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
