Associate Degree in Health Care or a current Certifications in a recognized two-year
health care program related to physician practice and clinical support operations.
Three (3) years of hands-on outpatient office or ambulatory care experience.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in a medical or health related field
RN with a valid unrestrictive Michigan license.
Patient Centered Medical Home champion in a practice or plan setting
