Job DescriptionAs an Upgrade Engagement Owner you will be accountable for the overall successful delivery and coordination effort of multiple upgrade projects spanning a combination of platforms, generally including the Millennium EMR. Much of your time will be spent ensuring that internal and external project teams have appropriate resources and accountability to complete tasks within the assigned timeframe. You will also be responsible for tracking all project issues, identifying risk level, and working with internal and external parties to ensure there are mitigation strategies in place within the timeline. You will ensure appropriate customer and internal Oracle stakeholders are informed of project status, risks, escalations, and any applicable lessons learned. You will cultivate external customer relationships to achieve business objectives as well as implement process improvement strategies. Your work is usually accomplished by working remotely with clients. However, depending upon the team you are assigned, travel may warrant onsite time with your assigned clients, which may include up to 20% travel.Career Level - IC2ResponsibilitiesAs an Upgrade Engagement Owner you will be accountable for the overall successful delivery and coordination effort of multiple upgrade projects spanning a combination of platforms.Basic Qualifications:

At least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
