Position: Experienced Handyman/Maintenance Technician
Location: Greater Lansing Area
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $18 + per hour, & 0.75 pay raises, monthly for the first 4 months. To $21.00 an hour.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our team and help us maintain the high standards our clients expect.
Are you a skilled and experienced handyman with a proven track record of success?
We're looking for a highly motivated and qualified Experienced Handyman to join our team! You will be responsible for independently performing a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our residential properties. In addition, you will be supervising less experienced handymen, ensuring they perform tasks to our customer’s satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Perform Repairs including replacing bathroom and kitchen hardware and fixtures, replacing light fixtures and outlets, unclogging drains, some carpentry, and painting.
Conduct preventive maintenance and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues and implement effective solutions.
Coordinate with clients to schedule and prioritize jobs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain detailed records of activities and repairs.
Provide guidance and support to junior maintenance technicians.
Must be able to bend, sit , stand, squat and lift objects up to 85 lbs ( team assistance as required)
Must be able to walk, stand, and rest on various surfaces for extended periods of time
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade school training is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and handyman services.
Proficient in a variety of maintenance, home repair, and building tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and repair complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a team efficiently.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
