Position: Part-Time Handyman
Location: Lansing
Hours: Flexible, on-call as needed
We’re looking for an experienced and reliable handyman to support our multi houses with as-needed maintenance and repairs. This role is ideal for someone skilled in various repair tasks and able to work on a flexible, part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Complete repairs and maintenance for house units as needed
Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues
Assist with unit turnover tasks, including painting and minor repairs
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
Requirements:
2+ years of handyman experience, preferably in apartment or residential maintenance
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
