Learn more about our award-winning organization by visiting stryker.comAs the Senior Manager, Data and Analytics Ecosystem, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, implementation as well as evangelizing of data and analytics solutions across assigned organization(s). In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, data scientists and other data professionals to understand the business needs, define the data and analytics strategy, and deliver high-quality data products, services and insights. You will also oversee the creation and measurement of policies and procedures for data governance, data quality, data security and data ethics aspects of the data and analytics ecosystem in partnership with business teams and IT business partners. A pivotal aspect of the role involves crafting and effectively conveying a lucid and compelling vision and strategy for the data and analytics ecosystem, with seamless transmission of this vision to the staff and pertinent business stakeholders.This role is hybrid with the expectation to be in office 2-3 days weekWho We Want:Network builders. Lead the design, development and implementation of data and analytics solutions across the organization.

Manage a team of data engineers, analysts and scientists to deliver high-quality data products and insights.

Establish and maintain data governance, quality and security standards and policies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT partners and external vendors to define data and analytics requirements, objectives and roadmaps.

Identify and evaluate new technologies, tools and methodologies to enhance data and analytics capabilities and performance.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness, impact and value of data and analytics initiatives.

Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on data and analytics best practices, trends and innovations.

Create an analytical environment and provide training support ensuring user adoption of enterprise tools.

Establish and manage key performance metrics and develop goals and strategies to achieve the metrics and corporate objectives.

Develop, implement, and maintain a training strategy to ensure that staff know how to use the tools and reports available to access existing information and make informed decisions.

What You Need:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required.

10+ years of professional experience required.

5+ years of experience in Data warehousing and Business intelligence tools and technology with a focus on complex business intelligence and data analytics projects including independent problem-solving, and effective communication with peers and stakeholders at all levels.

8+ years of IT related experience in leading projects, setting priorities and plans to meet business objectives.

Experience of Agile and DevOps methods of delivering projects and maintaining product lifecycle preferred required.

Strong stakeholder management skills with a solid track record of technical delivery and operations required.

Experience in managing complex projects of Data Analytics, building and maintaining core data assets and platforms, data engineering & architecture, data mirroring from enterprise real-time data enablement platforms, Analytics platform selection, deployment, and maintenance, advanced analytics capabilities & resources, and data governance policies, retention periods, compliance, etc. preferred.

Experience in complex project delivery around Business Intelligence, advanced analytics, information management, or data warehousing-related projects preferred.

Strong understanding of data and analytics tools and technology including open sources required.

Experience of modern concepts i.e DataLake, DeltaLake, Lakehouse, Data Collaboration, and Data Fabric required.

Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure stack including Synapses analytics, Azure Marketplace and PowerBI required.

Certification for Microsoft Azure data analytics preferred.

Certification for Databricks preferred.

Knowledge in Data Governance and Data cataloging.

$145,700.00 - $246,900.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.About StrykerOur benefits:
