The Change Manager will play a key role in ensuring enterprise projects (change initiatives) meet objectives and business value realization through a focus on driving adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change in a significant period of AI transformation – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption, increase proficiency levels, and minimize resistance, making change feel a cohesive part of the organization. The Change Manager will report to the Change Management Executive and be a part of the Global Change Office team.
Job Duties - ResponsibilitiesApply enterprise change methodology and lead change management activities for specific projectsAssess, capture and manage stakeholder landscapeComplete risk and impact assessmentsIdentify, manage, and track metrics for measurement of adoption, adapt approach and tactics where required to meet goalsDevise change management strategiesCreate and deliver upon communication and training plans, partnering with internal communications and learning & development teams where requiredIdentify and analyze people risks, including resistance, and prepare risk mitigation tacticsEvaluate and ensure user readinessConsult and coach project teams as a workstream ownerSupport and engage senior leaders; Coach managers and supervisorsCoordinate efforts with specialist analysts in the Global Change Office to complete deliverablesPartner closely with Project Managers to integrate change management activities into project plans, ensuring they support delivery of the project on time, and on budgetAttend project meetings and establish change management governance for projectsProvide regular updates on deliverable progressSupport development of change management competency at the organizational levelWork with the Change Management Executive to manage capacity and workload
