Description:1 opening for Prep and Scan - 9:00am to 5:30pm shift, will train on a shorter shift, typically 7am to 1pm for the first 1 to 2 weeksThis candidate will be responsible for going through various mail bins, organizing the envelopes, opening the envelopes, and then scanning the documents into their internal system. VERY fast paced and repetitive environment. Essential Duties and Functions:
going through incoming mailing and organizing the bins
separating mail into different categories
opening, and organizing documents inside the envelopes
scanning documents using a mail scanning machine
saving documents in certain folders using the scanning machine
scanning over 500 documents per day
staying organized and helping out in other areas as needed
updating daily reporting
Skills:verify, scan, document, mail, insurance, data, entry, verification, mortgage, anydoc, OCRAdditional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVE:
scanning/mail room/data entry or verification experience (1 to 3 years, will consider entry level also)
will consider candidates from a fast paced manufacturing environment
comfortable with repetitive work and looking at the same documents every day
professional written and verbal communication (no slang)
comfortable lifting mail bins (up to 15 pounds)
comfortable with sitting or standing for various periods of time
willing and able to work on-site
NICE TO HAVE:
comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
insurance or mortgage experience
