Must be able to work various shifts per week, weekends & holidays

Primary Responsibilities:
Completes all assigned prep work and mise en place. Maintains product presentations, product quality, consistency and cook time standards.
Duties:
Prepares menu items accordingly
Completes all prep work in the amount of time given and sets up mise en place
Practices sanitary and safe food handling at all times
Works clean and fast, keeping work area properly cleaned & sanitized
Completes assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects
Handles light paperwork, ordering and daily deposits
Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required
Capable of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment in a smart and safe way
Complete mobility required during the entire shift including lifting of 25+ lbs
