Mount Shasta Lodge restaurant is Reopening soon and is looking for a kitchen manager/Cook. Responsible for cooking during meal times, ordering, scheduling, Training and working with General manager to run the restaurant profitably. Compensation based on experience. Housing is available and can be negotiated.
