As a Welder, you'll play a vital role in fitting and welding components to create top-quality products efficiently, all while upholding the highest standards of safety and excellence in our field. What You Will Do:
Perform TIG welding (approx. 75%) and MIG welding (approx. 25%), dependent upon project demands.
Maintain effective welding operations to meet customer demands and provide on-time delivery.
Fabricate complex weldments per customer requirements and specifications.
Take ownership of organizing and cleaning specified work areas in the welding department.
Take the initiative to help other production areas as needed.
Communicate with the Leadership Team when necessary.
What We Are Looking For:
Self-motivation and an excellent work ethic are required.
2+ years of TIG welding experience preferred.
Possess a welding certification, or the ability to become AWS certified.
You should be able to read and understand welding blueprints.
Experience utilizing precise measuring equipment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Ability to balance a sense of urgency while maintaining the highest level of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Adhere to business rules, safe work practices, and proper lifting techniques is required.
