We are looking for cleaner(s) for some of our rental properties. Open schedules and an eye for detail are needed. We have 3 properties in Twin Lakes, 8 in South Range, and 4 between Hancock and Calumet. In the ideal world, we would find cleaners that can clean any day between 10am and 4pm. Minimum of 2 hour cleanings per unit. In the not so perfect world, we could schedule a full day in between check in and check out meaning cleanings could happen from 10am on day of check out through 4pm check in the following day. All supplies will be supplied and maintained in locked cleaner areas. Properties have laundry options to clean linens and have extra sets for resetting while laundry is going. We definitely need a solid cleaner for our Twin Lakes properties. The South Range properties and Hancock properties have cleaners but both fit the less than ideal situation and we would like to find someone who could turn over properties the same day of checkout so we can maximize occupancy. Cleaners will be auto notified by text when new reservations come in and will be responsible for keeping track of their schedules. In addition, cleaning reminders are automatically texted out the night before cleanings as well.
