Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Support recruiting efforts by participating in the hiring process and employee orientation.
- Manage inventory levels, including pricing and product placement, to maximize sales opportunities.

Skills

- Experience in retail sales is preferred.

- Proven leadership skills as an Assistant Manager or similar role, demonstrating the ability to manage effectively.
