Job Title: Medical AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Medical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be trained on various operations, including packaging diabetic testing kits, hand assembly of diabetic needles, coil winding, and machine operation. This is a fast-paced yet quality-focused environment where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be highly valued.Responsibilities
Package Medtronic diabetic testing kits by following work orders, scanning product ID numbers, and preparing kits for final packaging.
Perform hand assembly of diabetic needles, progressing to assemble up to 1200 parts per shift.
Learn and perform coil winding using fine wires and microscopes for inspection.
Operate entry-level machines to assemble diabetic needles, monitor for jams, collect and label products, and ensure quality.
Essential Skills
3+ months of medical manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on occasion.
Solid work history.
Excellent communication skills.
High attention to detail, ideally with quality experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in medical assembly, clean room, electronic assembly, and packaging.
Skill in using microscopes for inspection.
