Job Description
Call Center Resources is hiring motivated Sales Reps to work in successful programs in a comfortable Call Center environment. We have several projects and positions available, entry level - no experience necessary- Sales and Lead Generation. All positions are guaranteed hourly wage plus commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities for Inbound/Outbound Sales Reps
Follow simple scripts and instructions in proven programs
INBOUND and OUTBOUND calls
Easy close
Responsibilities for Lead Generation
Follow simple scripts and instructions in proven programs
Gather information
Send the lead information to the client - NOT closing the sale!
Responsibilities for Appointment Setting
Follow simple scripts and instructions in proven programs
Present free inspection and estimate services
Schedule an appointment - that's it !
Required Skills and Experience
No experience necessary for most positions - easily and quickly learned in training
Reliability (attendance bonuses!)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated by reaching sales goals and earning commissions
Team player track record
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
