We are a well-established local construction company that has been in business for over 10 years. We are looking to hire an experienced carpenter to join our crew. We provide year-round work within the Duluth area, including indoor work during the winter months.
Carpenter applicants should have general skills/experience in aspects of the home building and remodeling process. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
Our general working hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30 am-5:30 pm with a 30-minute paid lunch, and we offer flexibility with scheduling. We do a variety of construction work; however, our primary work scope is residential interior and exterior remodeling.
We are a small crew, and we offer a positive work environment; therefore, applicants must have a strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate as a team. We value commitment, and applicants who are self-motivated and show leadership skills would have the opportunity to move up within the company.
Wage will be determined based on experience and skill level. We are not a union company, however we offer PTO, retirement benefits, flexible scheduling, and local year-round work. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to and from work, and be able to lift at least 75 lbs. independently. We reserve the right to do background checks and/or request drug tests.

Compensation: General pay scale for an experienced carpenter is $25 to $30+ per hour. There is room for growth and profit-sharing depending on skill level, experience, and leadership abilities.
