Entry Level Billing Analyst

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Entry-Level Billing Analyst in Eagan, Minnesota. This role is primarily focused on scrutinizing financial data and generating financial reports to ascertain or retain records of assets, liabilities, profit, and loss, or other financial activities within an organization. Responsibilities: Analyzing financial information and preparing accurate reports. Developing, implementing, and modifying recordkeeping and accounting systems. Ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements by computing taxes owed and preparing tax returns. Comparing budgeted costs to actual costs by developing, maintaining, and analyzing budgets. Applying accounting and mathematical principles to work as required. Utilizing computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other related accounting software. Analyzing business trends and projecting future revenues and expenses. Maintaining adherence to federal, state, and organizational policies, procedures, and regulations related to accounting. Independently managing time and tasks.
