Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Front Desk Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a mobile clinic setting, serving patients across the Twin Cities Metro Area. As a Mobile Clinic Front Desk Specialist, you will travel to different office buildings throughout the week, providing essential administrative support and ensuring a smooth patient experience.Key Responsibilities:

Travel to various office buildings in the Twin Cities Metro Area to set up and manage the mobile clinic front desk.

Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Register new patients, collect necessary information, and update existing patient records accurately.

Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and consultations, optimizing the clinic's daily schedule for maximum efficiency.

Verify insurance information, process payments, and assist patients with billing inquiries.

Coordinate with medical staff to ensure patients are seen in a timely manner, maintaining open communication channels.

Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information to patients and visitors.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mobile clinic workspace, including stocking necessary supplies.

Collaborate with team members to streamline clinic operations and improve patient care processes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Medical Front Desk Specialist or similar role, preferably in a clinic or healthcare setting.

Proficient in medical terminology, patient registration, scheduling, and billing procedures.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and compassionate demeanor.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-savvy with experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems and MS Office Suite.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to different office buildings within the Twin Cities Metro Area.

Flexibility in work hours to accommodate varying clinic schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends.
