Strong training program available to develop skillset with leading global logistics provider.Position Hours are 11am-8pm Monday-FridayTimely and professional communication with clients and offices through high volume of email, phone, instant message, and in person.Tracking and tracing of freightPreparation of quotes to clientsClient notification of shipment delays, missing cargo, damaged freightEnsure accurate and timely data entry into our operations systemEnsure accurate and timely client billingEnsure compliance at all times to regulationsDispatch freightMonitor reportsContribute to maintaining strong vendor relationships - airlines, trucking companies, and othersMeet key performance indicators in support of department, branch, product, and company goalsDesire to understand overall department process flow and constantly seek opportunities for improved efficiencyEscalation of problems to Management when necessary
