Description We are in search of a dedicated Recruiter to join our team in Eagan, Minnesota. This role functions within the retail industry and involves high-volume recruiting, specifically for sales positions. The position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and can be performed either remotely or on-site.Responsibilities: Oversee the recruitment process for sales positions, primarily focusing on account managers and sales representatives. Work closely with managers to understand their specific needs for each role. Conduct thorough screenings of resumes and perform phone screenings to identify potential candidates. Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth transition through the hiring process. Regularly follow up with hiring leaders to update them on the recruitment progress. Utilize tools such as Indeed and Applicantpool to source candidates. Employ skills in CRM and Cold Calling to effectively reach potential candidates. Manage high volume recruiting efficiently and maintain organization throughout the process. Evaluate candidate motivation and interpersonal skills during screening to ensure a good fit for the role. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires. Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in a Recruiter role within the retail industry Proficient in using CareerBuilder for sourcing and recruiting candidates Strong knowledge and experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Ability to use Applicant Track System effectively for managing recruitment processes Proven experience in cold calling for sourcing potential candidates Demonstrated ability in volume recruiting for multiple roles simultaneously.
