Leading a team of AI/ML and Gen AI experts to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
Collaborating with Optum Advisory clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored AI/ML and Gen AI solutions
Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML and Gen AI solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget
Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
Providing guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure their professional growth and development
Staying up to date with the latest developments in AI/ML and Gen AI technologies and incorporating them into Optum Advisory solutions as appropriate
Communicating project updates and progress to stakeholders, including clients and senior leadership
Ensuring project documentation is complete and accurate Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues

5+ years of experience in Healthcare industry specifically with Payers and detailed understanding of processes and implementing Intelligent Automation Solutions with several uses cases within the Payer space
5+ years of experience leading teams and delivering solutions to clients
3+ years of experience in AI/ML,RPA and Gen AI technologies
Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualification :
3+ years of UiPath experience
