Senior Communications Manager

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Communications Manager to lead impactful campaigns and elevate our brand presence. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our story reaches far and wide as you foster connections across teams to boost brand visibility, shape compelling narratives, and drive lead generation. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with business objectives, fostering engagement across the organization, and optimizing multi-channel campaign execution

Create and execute memorable, engaging cross-channel content and communications plans that drive awareness of key initiatives and inspire stakeholder and key audiences to take action

Manage crisis response communication of incidents or market disruptions that impact employees, customers, or other stakeholders

Create content for a variety of channels including email, video, Viva Engage, presentations, intranet, team/leadership meetings, etc.

Review and edit communications to ensure a consistent, high-quality product that follows the C.H. Robinson writing and brand style guide

Plan and execute large scale meetings for leaders and employees

Collaborate with employees throughout the organization to craft insightful articles, fostering a deeper understanding of developments within C.H. Robinson and the broader industry landscape

Leverage analytics and metrics to better understand audiences, inform future storytelling initiatives, develop more effective content, and propose action plans for increasing engagement

Generate innovative ideas to create or enhance communication channels and processes that take the team to the next level

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Minimum 4 years of communications experience and proven track record of successfully communicating to large audiences to inspire change and enhance engagement

Strong copywriting and sharp, error-free editing skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize, multi-task, and meet expected deadlines

Ability to collaborate with a wide variety of colleagues at varying levels and departments

Trusted strategic advisor, influencer and partner who develops collaborative strategic relationships, at all levels, throughout the organization
