Description We are looking for an Associate Operations Coordinator to join our 3rd SHIFT team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. In this role, you will handle a variety of operational tasks within our team, focusing on the efficient execution of shipment information, order creation, appointment scheduling, and customer service tasks. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Provide accurate shipment information and execute tasks related to order creation and activation of shipments. Build and assign loads, ensuring efficiency and compliance with standard operating procedures. Schedule appointments and track shipments, providing timely and accurate updates to customers. Monitor customer accounts and respond promptly to customer and carrier requests. Ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to our standards and those of our customers. Document events and actions taken, escalating issues when necessary and following defined procedures. Maintain a focus on quality and efficiency, adhering to office and company policies. Validate all data and procedures for accuracy, adhering to company policy and standard operation procedures. Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment, valuing creativity and innovation for business growth. Execute other duties as assigned, according to team and/or country-specific requirements.Requirements Proficiency in customer service and communication skills. Experience in executing office functions, operations, and procedures. Ability to schedule appointments, handle invoicing, and manage shipping functions. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites. Understanding and adherence to company policy. Experience in working in a call center environment. Familiarity with standard operation procedures. Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovation for business growth. Knowledge of discrimination laws, affirmative action plans, and EO/IR systems. Ability to load data efficiently. Experience in providing training to team members. Demonstrated quality assurance skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
