Description We are seeking an Operations Coordinator situated in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, United States. This role offers a long-term contracted employment opportunity in our logistics team. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to our operations, focusing on ensuring efficient and smooth processes. Responsibilities: Coordinating and managing operational tasks to ensure productivity and efficiency. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions in response to account statuses. Processing applications from customers with accuracy and efficiency. Maintaining accurate records of customer credit information. Utilizing MS Word for document creation and management, contributing to the organization of operations. Providing Level 1 support to our staff, aiding in the smooth running of our logistics. Assisting in the operations and logistics support as required. Collaborating with the team to continuously improve operational procedures and practices. Liaising with various internal departments to ensure coordinated and efficient operations. Requirements Must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field Proven experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role Proficiency in MS Word is essential Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with diverse teams and foster a collaborative work environment Highly detail-oriented and committed to accuracy Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to make sound decisions Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently Must have legal authorization to work in the location the job is being offered. About the Job: The Regional Quality Coordinator supports implementing the Quality Program across assigned facilities, ensuring adherence to VOANS standards. This role leads quality committees, facilitates performance improvement initiatives, and manages incident reporting and follow-up. Key responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and compiling data from multiple sources to assess facility quality and compliance, conducting audits and completing required regulatory reporting. The Coordinator plays a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for improvement, guiding root cause analyses, developing and implementing interventions and monitoring effectiveness.
