Description We are in search of an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on the execution of various tasks related to carrier payments, order creation, shipment activation, load building and scheduling appointments. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Ensure accurate execution of tasks such as creating orders, activating shipments, building and assigning loads. Schedule appointments and monitor task boards along with assigned email accounts to promptly respond to customer and carrier requests. Maintain accurate load data in systems, adhering to our standards and those of our customers. Utilize knowledge gained through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and experience to document events and follow defined escalation procedures when necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction by following through on customer or carrier requests and escalating questions or requests when necessary. Handle tasks related to carrier payments, rejecting orders, cancelling orders, and executing load builder profiles. Oversee the tracking and tracing of shipments, invoicing, updating financials, and executing non-standardized activities. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure all responsibilities are handled in a timely manner. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite of programs and other tools to efficiently carry out tasks. Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment, fostering creativity and innovation within the team. Requirements Demonstrated experience in Customer Service and Call Center operations Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in managing Office Functions and Operations Familiarity with Procedures and Standard Operation Procedures Ability to Schedule Appointments effectively Experience in Invoice and Payment Processing Strong commitment to Quality and attention to detail Understanding of Logistics and Shipping Functions Excellent Time Management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Proficiency in executing tasks and projects Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites Understanding of Company Policy and Discrimination Laws Ability to handle Call Center operations effectively Experience in Transportation Services Creativity and Innovation skills are desirable Familiar with Validation Plans and their implementation Proven track record in contributing to Business Growth.
