Job Title: Operations CoordinatorJob DescriptionThe Operations Coordinator focuses on quality and efficiency by executing various tasks in line with office and company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Key responsibilities include creating orders, activating shipments, building and assigning loads, scheduling appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, invoicing, updating financials, handling carrier payments and T-cheks, rejecting and canceling orders, resolving events, booking and bouncing loads, and managing load builder profiles. The role involves monitoring task boards and email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests, documenting events, and following escalation procedures as necessary. The coordinator also ensures the accuracy of load data in systems and follows through on customer or carrier requests to ensure satisfaction. Additional duties may be assigned based on team or country-specific requirements.Hard Skills

High School diploma or GED

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Associate Operations Coordinator

Ability to work evenings and/or weekends (select roles only)

Minimum two years of call center, customer service, or transportation/logistics experience (for external postings)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
