Description We are seeking an Associate Operations Coordinator in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This role will primarily involve providing superior customer service, managing office functions efficiently, and ensuring smooth operations within the company. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications and generate invoices Accurately maintain customer credit records and load data in systems Activate shipments, build and assign loads as per company policy and standard procedures Schedule appointments and track shipments to ensure quality and efficiency Respond promptly to customer and carrier requests, escalating when required Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts regularly Document events and operations, utilizing knowledge gained through training and experience Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines Uphold a diverse and inclusive work environment, fostering creativity and innovation for business growth Utilize Microsoft Office Suites and other tools to execute tasks efficiently. Requirements Proficiency in Customer Service, demonstrating the ability to handle customer queries and issues effectively and efficiently. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients, team members, and management. Familiarity with Office Functions, including filing, scheduling, and administrative tasks. Experience in Training other team members and ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities. Understanding of Operations and Procedures in a business environment, with the ability to implement and manage them. Ability to Schedule Appointments effectively, ensuring smooth operation of daily activities. Capability to handle Invoice related tasks, including creation, distribution, and follow-ups. Focus on Quality, with a commitment to maintaining high standards across all tasks. Knowledge of Shipping Functions, including packaging, labeling, and dispatching. Excellent Time Management skills, with the ability to Execute tasks within specified timelines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Understanding of Company Policy and ability to ensure compliance at all times. Ability to Prioritize tasks effectively, based on urgency and importance. Experience in a Call Center environment, handling customer calls and resolving issues. Knowledge of Standard Operation Procedure and ability to implement them in daily tasks. Creativity and Innovation skills, with the ability to suggest improvements for business processes. Focus on Business Growth, with the ability to identify and seize opportunities for expansion.
